Returns & Refund Policy
Overview
Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy. If your purchase was made within the last 60 days, we're here to assist you with a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it was received in. If you’ve used a portion of the product and aren’t completely satisfied, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We'll explore any options available to you.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be available, but we'll always strive to help you to the best of our ability.
Refunds*
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
* All flower sales are final.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at [email protected] for instructions on where to send your items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your products. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you’re returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
