We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not ship to the following states: AR, ID, MN, OR. All web sales are delivery only. To purchase our products at a physical location, visit any of our retail partners using our retail store locator.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive them.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you with updated lead times or suggest alternative products.

We ship through USPS, please be aware that USPS provide only estimated delivery times. Once the carrier has picked up your package, any service delays are beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist with delayed packages.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

How do you package orders?

We package orders discreetly, with no indication of the contents inside. The shipping label and bank charge will display our name as This Is Fun Guys LLC. We use the smallest package we can, bubble mailers  and at times we will use the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate white boxes.  The package will arrive as an ordinary piece of mail. During summer months insulation and ice packs are used to keep products in optimal shape for the users experience.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not at this time but please reach out to explore if your are inquiring about wholesale purchasing.
